Return and Refund Policy

Please note that any request for order cancellation prior to shipment will result in a 10% restocking fee due to system commissions and service charges that we incur. All sales are final (no returns or exchanges)!

Due to the nature of our business we just can't accept returns. We are committed to finding, selling and creating unique, high quality products. If for some reason an item arrives damaged, you may return it using the following return process:

Please email me with the Return Claim in the subject line. Photos are required to substantiate damage claims. Claim must be submitted and received 2 days from receipt of shipment. Upon receipt, I will review the claim for approval. Returns due to damage will be replaced or refunded. When filing a return, please include the following information: Name, Phone Number, Order Number, Quantity, and a photo of the damage or defect as well as photos of the shipping package.

Any order placed for monogrammed, customized, handmade or made-to-order cannot be canceled or modified after the order is placed.
